Tubman offers individual therapy, medication management, and mental health assessments. Group therapy options including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Trauma Skills, and additional groups are also available and can be found here. Individual therapists work with a variety of presenting concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, trauma, identity concerns, and more. Mental health assessments are conducted by one of our therapists and typically consist of one or two sessions. Medication management with a certified nurse practitioner is also available to clients participating in any of our clinical programs.

Tubman provides individual therapy for individuals of all gender identities, youth, couples and families. Therapy offered at Tubman Chrysalis Center is open to the community; therapy offered at Harriet Tubman Center East is limited to Shelter and Housing program participants.

Mental health therapy can be billed to health insurance, or you can ask about the rates.
