Co-Occurring Disorders

Tubman’s Co-Occurring Disorders (COD) outpatient program is a licensed treatment program for adult women who have both chemical dependency (drugs or alcohol) and mental health concerns. Components of the program include:

  • Both individual chemical health and mental health counseling/therapy
  • Treatment group
  • Skills training group
  • Healthy Relationships Group: Including Parenting, Partnerships, and Family Relationships
  • Case management
  • Psychiatric medication evaluation and follow-up medication management

A chemical health (Rule 25) assessment is required to enter the COD program. These can be done at Tubman Chrysalis Center. Referrals from other agencies are accepted.

The COD program is available at Tubman Chrysalis Center. Fees will be billed directly to your health insurance or may be covered by Rule 25 funding.
