Dialectical Behavior Therapy
This Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) program offers group and individual DBT services to people who want to learn how to take control of emotional aspects of their lives. Participants become more aware of their emotions and learn about and develop skills to manage their emotional reactions and responses to difficult situations. This program is a MN DHS certified program, and individual therapy with a MN DHS certified therapist is required while involved in our DBT program. This state-certified DBT program includes individual therapy and group therapy for individuals who want to develop skills such as mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotional regulation and interpersonal effectiveness.
We offer all-gender/inclusive groups and a Queer DBT group for people who identify as LGBTQ+.
This therapy is currently offered virtually. Costs can be billed directly to health insurance. Call 612.870.2426 to learn more about costs and how to register, or to ask any other questions you may have about any of these groups.
